Bunkering

We provide dedicated ship bunkering services at our Port Moresby Paga Wharf location as well as mobile based solutions throughout PNG at very competitive rates. At our Paga Wharf location we provide a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ solution of additional services such as cargo loading/unloading, refuelling and water replenishment and other supplies.

Remote Fuel Site Management

Alliance Energy uses a collaboration of experienced, trained personnel from the PNG petroleum industry to support a customer’s remote fuel site(s). This is backed by a comprehensive set of manuals, site operating procedures and work instructions that we have developed over years of operations in challenging PNG site conditions.

Into-Plane Aviation Refueling Services

Alliance Energy has a dedicated team of highly experienced aviation staff and supervisors on which to manage and operate remote site Into Plane refueling for customers. We allow for staff rotation and necessary down time of staff, ensuring we always maintains safe and compliant operational capabilities. Alliance Energy staff are well trained in storage and handling of aviation products as well as into-plane refuelling and quality control of aviation fuels. We maintain QC equipment on site to carry out all normal day to day procedural checks and tests as part of our overarching compliance framework.

Generator Fuel Supply

Generator refuelling will be accomplished utilising in-house distribution vehicles of typically a 6kl vehicle or smaller whichever is the most practical for your site access and operations. The fuel will be distributed to generators based on a pre-determined refuelling schedule which will be agreed to with each customer to ensure optimisation of delivery assets ensuring customer generators are topped up on-time with effective stock buffer to avoid shutdowns.

Tanktainer Services

Alliance Energy maintains a strategic relationship with worldwide Tanktainer supplier EuroTainer which assures us priority on key Tanktainer supplies for PNG. We currently stock 10kl (10ft) Tanktainers and the 20ft 24kl variant. This 24kl variant is a new size and generally allows for a safe fill level of around 22kl and compared to the older 20kl (18kl SFL) models can save customers large amounts in freight costs over longer service periods.

We also provide Tanktainer logistics support via return pickup/drop off and inspection and cleaning services. Typically, we provide a much faster port turnaround than the oil companies themselves due to our dedicated Tanktainer team. To ensure full customer satisfaction, all our container cleaning services comply with ITCO standards, and our staff are regularly trained in confined space entry requirements. Our team typically attend the location of the Tanktainers to save the customer unnecessary trucking freight movements (and cost).
